Become a tenured member

To become a full member, you must have been registered as an associate member for three consecutive years and have submitted the following documents:

• A cover letter;
• Letters from two sponsors (members of the Board of Directors);
• An affidavit, certifying that the clinical cases presented have been carried out by you and that you possess the original radiographic images;
• 6 cases of complete endodontic treatment, images of cases of complete endodontic treatment (pre-, per- and post-operative x-rays, which can be sent in digital format) including at least 3 molars, with a 6-month follow-up.

Files should be sent in the following formats: jpg, png, doc, docx, pdf.

For technical reasons, no document can be larger than 32 MB. However, we recommend that you do not exceed 3 MB per file.
